All personalized and monogrammed gifts can not be returned or exchanged,
except if they are damaged or have a manufacture error. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

On all returns of damaged merchandise, we reserve the right to issue an exchange or store credit rather than a refund at our discretion.

Items returned due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All exchanges and refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited for the price of the product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs once your return has been processed.

Repack the item in its original packaging with packing slip and (GR) number. 

So-Cute-Baby-Gifts is not responsible for items damaged or
lost in transit. Please make sure you return your gift with an insured courier.
